ABOUT HILLSBORO RESIDENCES
HIllsboro Residences is a picturesque development that spreads over 4 acres of hillside overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Residents will experience the quintessential of comfort and convenience of a luxurious community resort.
Phase One of the Project is currently completed and consists of two buildings housing 40 1- bedroom condominium residences of approximately 75 sq. meters (800 sq. ft.); fully furnished with luxury furnishings and modern conveniences. Also in place are a Baja pool, fitness center and lounge, a 350KVA standby generator with automatic standby switch; a 500KVA transformer, 75,708 litres (20,000 gallons) of filtered water storage, sewer treatment plant and an office complex. The foundation for a third building is already completed.
The Project is currently operational & can be operated independently as any additional construction takes place.
All approvals, drawings, current leases and full title will be turned over to Buyer upon closing.
